The Security and roles permissions within Aztec Central System is not granular enough.
Currently they have access to tasks within Theme Modelling, however they should only have access to Themes and Shared Panels, the rest of the options should be locked down.  If the outlets requires access to the other options they will have to request access through the Product Programme team
It may be prudent to have an overall list of the Central team what currently they have access too and what should they have access too for example Menu Managers currently have the ability to change the Company VAT rate which has happened already.
This has a major business impact if it was too happen again
