Ability to put table into "Hold" Status on iServe
Currently, if an account is opened on the Host app and picked up by the iServe in preparation for taking an order, not putting any items on the table and pressing 'close' will close the account and send the guest back to the guest queue. There needs to be a way of putting this account into a 'Hold' status so the guest is not removed off the table if the guest is not ready to order.
