LiveRes Table Management - Tables

We would like the ability to configure which tabs/screens are available to the Tables user, so that sites using a cut-down version of Tables do not have these screens by default. In particular the screens we would like to be able to hide from users are:

Table Planning Screen
Seated Screen

As an addition (and if possible), we would like the ability to configure the Table planning screen so that it just shows the Guest Summary/Queue rather than the Table Planning tab – not sure if this would all be part of the same request or whether it would need to be separate….
