The issue here is nothing to do with Flypay or OAT functionality, the issue is around both promotions and discounts been applied within a Flypay account. Example below
Aztec has two sets of offer setup.
Discounts = 20% off or £10 off
Promotions = Multi buy or combo or lunch deal of some sort.
You can set a flag on Discounts which will disable a promo and not work together.
Example 1:
Lunch Deal kicks in automatically this is a promo, Someone adds a 10% discount if the setting is checked on the discount to disable promos it would remove the promo and apply the discount – if the setting is not checked then it would apply both. It is captured in the promo form as to what this setting should be.
Example 2:
Guest has a £10 off code and then adds a 33% off code these will work together and you cannot stop it from applying together Aztec allows this. This is our issue here as in the real world the server would not let this happen, with Flypay there is no server intervention so you can’t stop them applying the 2 together.
Could we therefore request development which will only allow 1 discount to apply on Till, OAT (Flypay). This is a high priority.

MAB would like additional security on Discounts to prevent multiple discounts being applied to an account. Private
Currently % discounts work as desired, only a single % type discount can be used on an account.
However, MAB would also like the ability to lock down discounts to prevent multiple 'open' value discounts being applied on a single account.
This could take the form of a tick-box per discount, similar to the current setup that prevents discounts being applied with promotions.
