Print VAT receipt to be optional

Advanced Roaming - Print VAT receipt to be optional Require a Y/N after Merchant copy prints so that team member can choose to print a receipt or not. Same time outs as current version will be required to include this new prompt. This feature should be switch on/off by brand/site.
