Please note that not all ideas can be implemented but we will review all submissions and do what we can to improve the application!
We would like the ability to stop sites from amending the guest details for any online bookings (i.e. the blue WWW tag bookings) that come into the system. Primarily, we would like the ability to configure (per site and per guest detail field) whether or not a site user is able to amend the guest’s email address, first name, last name or mobile phone. This should be configurable from a brand level (not Tables Site Admin or Area Admin level) so that we have total control over which fields are editable.
Please could you priorities this and reference the other 2 development request for:
ability to easily see special requests from the Guest Queue/Guest Summary
amending the ‘online’ special requests (which displays below the ‘Manual’ booking notes box) to be able to see more lines/detail as currently using the scroll buttons jumps too many lines
